Indoor and Outdoor Facilities

What’s Available

At St Augustine’s Centre, we offer a range of indoor and outdoor meeting facilities at highly competitive rates, making them ideal for meetings, training sessions, workshops, and community events.

Our meeting rooms are located on the first floor and are fully accessible via lift. Each room includes complimentary Wi-Fi and access to presentation equipment. Most rooms are equipped with air conditioning (Room 1 is the exception), while Room 2 also features a TV. Projectors, screens, and flip charts are available to support your event.

A kitchenette is available for refreshments; however, please note there is no oven or microwave. Room 2 and the Conference Room also benefits from a dumb waiter connecting the kitchenette to our fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, making it easy to serve catering for larger meetings and events.

For those looking to enjoy the outdoors, our welcoming social area includes a patio, BBQ, comfortable seating overlooking the meadow, a gazebo, and a dedicated storytelling area. This peaceful and relaxing setting is ideal for breaks, networking, informal gatherings, and outdoor activities, providing a unique space to connect, share experiences, and enjoy the surrounding nature.

Our beautiful meadow provides a peaceful green space for relaxation, learning, and outdoor activities. It features a large grassed area with newly planted trees and wildflowers, a gardening shed, and raised beds available for community groups and gardening projects.

The adjoining woodland has been carefully developed into a woodland learning environment, complete with an outdoor classroom, cosy dens, den-building areas, and a dedicated fire pit. This evolving space offers exciting opportunities for Forest School activities, outdoor education, and adventure.

The meadow is also an ideal setting for wellbeing activities. It has been used by the Big C Charity to deliver Tai Chi and yoga sessions, demonstrating how the space can provide a calm and restorative environment for community health and wellbeing events.

Our meadow has also attracted wider interest. Most recently, it welcomed actor Hugh Dennis and a team of expert archaeologists and film crew during the filming of The Great British Dig, as they explored the hidden history of the Losinga Road area of North Lynn.
